At SON OF A STAG, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-quality denim and heritage garments. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and specify whether you require a refund or an exchange for a different size.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain intact to avoid any processing delays or restocking fees.

  Ship to London HQ

  Affix the return shipping label and send the package to our Brick Lane store; we recommend using a tracked service as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once our specialists have inspected the garment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
