What is the policy for hemming and repairs?
We offer complimentary chain-stitch hemming on all full-priced jeans purchased from us, using our original Union Special 43200G machines. For repairs, please contact our London store for a quote and assessment.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Most international orders arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items hemmed to your specific measurements are non-returnable.
How should I wash raw denim?
To preserve the color and life of raw denim, we recommend wearing them for at least six months before the first wash. When you do wash, use cold water, a mild detergent, and hang them to air dry.
