This lightweight chambray shirt is a standard fit and closely mirrors the design issued to sailors in the United States Navy. Triple stitch seams And two simple patch pockets are used for durability and convenience, and the soft and yet durable fabric breaks down gradually and becomes more comfortable each time you wear it. As was popular among rebellious sailors of the day, this shirt has been customised to make it truly individual. The subject of this customisation is perhaps America’s most famous military recruit, Popeye. He can be found on the right chest of this design, beside the traditional USN stencil on the left, and also lunching missiles from an airship on the large back compass design.
