Faithfully modelled after the original flying jackets issued in WWII, the brands A-2 is cut from an incredibly high quality vegetable dyed Italian bronco hide, pigment finished, the leather has a beautiful texture and provides excellent protection from the rain.
Featuring a large collar, notable of the model and a Talon zip closureĀ keeping the rich orange cotton lining safe from the elements. The red knitted cuffs and hem are a nod to the Aero Leather Company, an original manufacturer of the A2, with only their models using a red rib knit. Authentic branding has been applied throughout the jacket, with a custom badge and multiple USAF stamps. Ā
